Ideally located near the train station, perfectly clean and spotless, the only downside is the parking; it's a bit expensive and not advertised as paid.

Great stay here for two nights visiting our offices in Edinburgh. Right next to the tram and train station (slept like a log) for easy transport in and out of the city. Staff were all so kind and made us all feel very welcome. Rooms were clean, spacious and lovely amenities (like rituals hand soap and shower bits). Large TV, great air con and lovely rain shower. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had, loads of fresh fruit, pastries, cooked breakfast bits with Scottish twists. Loads of coffee options and even an espresso machine. Yoghurt was the best I have had anywhere, so smooth and rich. Great bar with a selection of great local lagers. Pool and fitness suite included which is amazing for the money. Stay here!

One-week all-inclusive trip (breakfast + dinner) for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 7. Top location. Tram 500m away. A tip for getting to or from the airport: the tram costs 20 pounds for 2 adults and 1 child (everything is free for 3-year-olds), and a taxi is the same price, so... The staff...absolutely fantastic, they're there to help and guide us...💓 The pool, gym, and wellness area...wonderful, especially on rainy days or during "dedicated" time with the children. I'll miss the breakfast 😋 Dinner is also nice. The room is good, the king-size bed is great. My biggest complaint is the sofa bed: it's awful. Too small in size and thickness, you can feel the springs! Otherwise, if I were to do my trip again, I'd make the same reservation (with a mattress topper in my suitcase 🤣) Because the accommodation really makes the vacation
