toilet and bathroom design as speration is a kind of design failure, while customers end their toilet, they can't wash their hands immediately. Furthermore,the internet are still in 2010 level.it is slow.

Sachin in the bar was so friendly and made great suggestions about places to go (the kelvingrove museum for the organ concert and more). Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. There was a lite bulb out and the very pretty red head (sorry don’t remember her name) was also so welcoming gave me suggestions (cafe antipasti) and she even asked how my day was when I saw her again. Would definitely recommend the hotel

How on EARTH this is a 4* hotel is BAFFLING. I stayed for two nights. Two extremely uncomfortable nights. I booked a “sleeps 4people” room. It contained 2x small double beds. I was with two teenage children and shared a bed with my slim teenage daughter. How it can be classed as sleeps 4 baffles me. If a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children, stayed in our room it would be impossible. Especially if the adults were normal or larger sized! On top of the ridiculous sized beds, the toilet STANK of urine from the moment we opened our door, the lamp didn’t work at all, there were hardly any power sockets, zero usb sockets. An extension had been put in to “help” with this but was faulty. We were told the hotel was at capacity so no changes or upgrades could be made. As a Gold All Accor member I stay in a LOTS of Novotels and this one has to have been the worst. I normally get to take advantage of the gold upgrade, here non existent. No offer of our free drinks or late checkout. I had to ask twice as they forgot. The breakfast was ok… such a shame no Scottish elements (no square sausage, no tatty scones?). The lift sounded like it was going to plunge us to our deaths. This was basically a Travelodge with a Novotel label. Really really disappointing.
