The hotel was extremely difficult to access (due to construction) and there were no signs. The keycard was constantly deactivated (for the gym and the elevator when it was working), resulting in numerous, sometimes long, waits at reception. Breakfast was not up to Novotel standards (no bread, no plates, rotten fruit squashed in the bowl...). However, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. Despite everything, we will not be returning.

At the Accor Novotel Grenoble, it's clear that customer safety isn't a priority. Dangerous conditions in the bathroom? Exposed electrical wires instead of a hairdryer... Not to mention the appalling reception this Friday afternoon: a 15-minute wait for a basic room they couldn't finish on time because the furniture was still being delivered. I'm an Accor Diamond member (more than 60 nights a year...), and I've stayed over 100 nights at this hotel since 2014... I've never experienced anything so bad. This gives you an idea of the treatment regular guests must receive.
