Upon arrival, we were greeted at an improvised reception on level -1. We checked in, stored our luggage, and went to check out the gym (one of the things that made us choose the hotel – the gym and parking). To our surprise, the hotel was under renovation, and there was no mention on the ALL website or app that the gym was closed for renovations. When questioned about this information, the receptionist was curt and offered no solution or suggestion (nearby gyms or checking other ALL hotels for the possibility of using the space, remembering that there are other ALL hotels on the same street). But to be fair, the room was good, parking was available, and the breakfast was pleasant!

The hotel is close to the metro and a shopping center. It's a shame that the ground floor was under renovation, which made it a bit noisy.

Horrible. Climate system is not working so you either can get a warm room with dump air or a freezing one with lots of noise due to construction… Personal is not very friendly. Couple of times they didn’t clean the room.. so definitely not 4 stars
