Everything was perfect until we got home, when we realized we'd left a jacket and a scarf on a hanger in the suite's entrance closet. We immediately contacted the hotel that very evening. We had to chase them for three days, each time with a different excuse for not responding to our request. And now they're telling us that nothing has been found. What a disappointment for a hotel of this quality... to have such dishonest staff... The loss amounts to €400.

Family weekend (2 adults + 2 children) Clean hotel, welcoming staff, and covered parking. Note that not all spaces are suitable for large cars. Varied breakfast with a wide selection. The collaboration with Rituals was a nice touch.
