The location made it incredibly easy to get around without any problems. Everything was very well maintained and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Taxi access was very convenient, as there's a private parking area right at the hotel entrance, and a taxi rank at one of the exits.

The hotel itself is large and quite well located, close to two metro stations and a bus stop. Breakfasts are very good (freshly squeezed juices in various mixes, red and white fish, a very wide selection). The rooms are nice and up to the standards of a Novotel. The most disappointing thing was the housekeeping. The staff took our robes (which we had a hard time asking for, as no one from the housekeeping team spoke English), took one of our room keys (!!!), took three towels and replaced them with two, there was no shower gel in the shower upon arrival (meaning no one checks it during cleaning, as is required), and on the last day before checkout, the gel ran out right next to the sink! Simply terrible service! Why, even since Covid, do they keep disposable cups in the rooms instead of proper mugs (other hotels have long since returned to regular mugs)? We were unable to get regular mugs in our room, despite requests through reception and a call to housekeeping (though they said "okay"). If it weren't for these incidents with housekeeping, our experience at the hotel would have been absolutely positive!
