Absolutely avoid this place. It is no longer novotel and has been taken over by A&O. They are dishonest liars. I had a booking with novotel originally with conditions that i could cancel free of charge 1 day in advance. The hotel was unfortunately taken over by A&O hostels and when i tried to cancel the booking they insisted that it was non refundable and would not be cancelled. The representative i spoke to was downright rude and dismissive. Luckily they did not have my credit card details as fortunately novotel had not transferred those and upon realizing they could not charge me anyway in case of a no show they grudgingly cancelled my stay. They are outright dishonest liars and almost will try to coerce you into staying with them. I never heard about A&O before but will ensure no one i know ever books with them
