Extremely dissapointed by the service we recieved at this hotel. Firstly Car chargers not working and led to a queue in the morning so had to find alternative. Secondly, below expected standard of check in for the accor group. Thirdly room was not as nice as reviews led us to believe. Plug for bath did not work. Exceptionally noisy /thin walls. Overall the hotel looks like its nice if things go well. Sadly on this ocassion it did not. Wishing you all the best though as nothing horrific just lots of fixable issues.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Manchester Centre. The hotel is very modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
