When I requested a change of date, they refused, forcing me to use the days of my stay even though they had been changed on the platform when I made the reservation. The hotel is inflexible; they don't explain that parking is charged. I had an appointment at the American consulate, I'm from another state, and I have an autistic son whom I left in my parents' care. They weren't open to changing my date, even though they could have done so according to the platform's instructions and the case ticket I opened to try to reach an agreement between the hotel and the platform. As for the food, it was salty (the staff seemed somewhat disorganized and prioritized foreigners; I only received a receipt for the included breakfast, which was itemized at 0.02 cents, and they attended better to the foreigner sitting next to us). This was in stark contrast to another hotel I used for my American consulate appointment, where the food was free. The pool was dirty, it didn't look like it was filtering the water, it was at a fairly cold ambient temperature and it was being remodeled for the (World Cup), it smelled of dampness and we asked for an antihistamine but they refused, not recommended for people with allergies which is my case.

The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety and excellent service. Room drawbacks: the windows couldn't be opened, resulting in poor air circulation; it was okay in summer, but cold in winter due to the lack of heating. The room was under renovation in March 2026, making it very noisy during the day and continuing late into the night, past 8 pm. Thumbs down.
