Thomas was so friendly and helpful when we checked in. Was so professional and personable. Thomas made us feel so welcomed. Gia and Jon Carlo, at the bar were so kind. They helped us with a surprise Birthday cake. Very, very good English. Maria and Honey were so helpful with our keys and other needs. Very sweet. Kanto and Diana also, always smiling and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept our room so nice. HIGHLY recommend the NOVOTEL! Thank you very much everyone! ☺️

In my opinion, the Novotel City Arnulfpark is THE flagship Accor hotel. There are many different Accor hotels, but the differences are significant (even within the same star rating). At this Novotel, every single employee is truly excellent, whether at reception, the bar, breakfast, or the cleaning staff in the hallway. The fact that the minibar is restocked even if you opt out of housekeeping is fantastic and a great sign. The rooms are always spotless. I can only recommend that all other Accor hotels take the Novotel Arnulfpark as a master example – this is how a hotel should be! The only thing that personally bothers ME about this hotel is... the shower head holder. I know, nitpicking. I miss the simple, classic design where you stand under it and get a good spray. Here, the shower head can only be mounted to spray forward. The rain shower head above it is nice, but simply not for me. The fact that you can have a key to fully open the windows is an absolute blessing for me as a ventilation fanatic. Unfortunately, not everyone can do that, which is completely baffling. I've stayed here several times, both for business and pleasure, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. Greetings to Basti, Pia, Lou, Tom (who sadly isn't here anymore), of course to the incredibly kind lady and her team at breakfast, and to everyone else whose names I don't know or haven't noticed yet. I'll get there eventually ;) Thank you all personally from the bottom of my heart; you're doing a fantastic job, and it shows. Keep it up!
