Rooms are very tired looking. Screen door to balcony would not even open properly. No sound barrier between rooms. Especially those those with interconnecting options. Pool once the lights are switched off looked it has not been cleaned properly for a while.

I travelled with my sister and our experience was spectacular and beyond words. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and accommodating especially as a vegan, and the location of our room was the best (the room was a little dark during the day for my liking but, still very clean and calm). We had gorgeous mountain view and it was still close to the restaurant, pool, spa, and reception. The facilities are outstanding, and I would definitely come back again with the rest of my family.

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled and air nz put us up for the night. Glad we didn’t pay for this experience. Service was slow. Food was cold when we finally got it. Not impressed
