The hotel is run-down, with lots of scratches on the furniture and in the bathrooms. The shower drains poorly, flooding the bathroom. The hotel is noisy.

As with the overall majority of our stays in Europe, our Platinum membership was not recognised, with niether a welcome amenity or room upgrades. Location with direct access to the terminal was perfect for a family of 6.
