Excellent hotel in terms of location, service, access to the sea, reef, and wildlife. We've been coming here for the second year in a row. Great entertainment staff and a lifeguard at the pool, Islam.

2nd Time at Novotel Sharm. Hotel.is situated on a pristine beach with a reef feet from the sand. Puffer fish, stingrays and a whole array of fish waiting to be seen! Service as usual excellent! The AI drinks could be a bit nicer. Room.seevice was excellent and the life guard was brilliant! Food is good, our son is quite fussy so on one night the chef made him a massive burger! We did have to buy more from the outside restaurant though. All in all a great holiday and will def be returning to this hotel!
