The shower cabin leaks water from the bottom, the bathroom walls are damp and deteriorating, the sea is very wavy, the pool water is cloudy, and the parking is expensive. I didn't like it at all.

Great location! Stayed on 30th floor executive room with ocean view. Expected better for the cost. Definitely not sound proof glass on balcony as we could hear everything going on in Cavill Ave well into 1am including the preachers. Sheer curtain on the right side had come off the rails. No bottle opener, plates or cutlery apart from 2 spoons for coffee/tea. Room fit out was average but view was fantastic. Waited 10mins for a lift that was full, no aircon & then stopped at nearly every floor from ours. Very unpleasant & overwhelming for all guests. Parking $25/nt and accessible. Check in & out was easy.

A very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were surprised by how spacious the rooms were. The hotel has a pool, spa, gym, laundry facilities, breakfast, conference rooms, and more. It's located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, next to a shopping center and right by the beach and Cavill Avenue, the town's main thoroughfare. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
