I stay in Toronto often for work and had stayed in Novotel several years back and this trip I forgot why I stay away from this hotel. This trip last week reminded me. Booking through expedia i had a VIP Booking paid for but nothing offered at the desk. Then I get to the room and the fan is blowing louder than the TV sound would reasonably go. Throughout the night the fan kicks in every hour VERY loudly and wakes you. First morning I made a comment to front desk. Nothing happened no communication, another sleep less night. 2 messages sent through expedia and no response again. I was going to check out and leave but the entire amount was paid and I didn't want the hassles of trying to claim on a work trip. Now just neither I or my colleagues will be back. First thing you should provide is the ability to sleep.

Stayed here for a 1 night stay after 20 hours of flying. Friendly and comfortable hotel, the hotel restaurant was comfortable and reasonably priced and I slept very well on the bed. Fittings seemed very new and nice. Close to the freeway and only about 15-20 mins from the airport. The only complaint I have, which is very minor, is that the location of the light switches are quite unintuitive. One switch was completely black and part of a wider black panel of plugs and it took me a good 20 mins of hunting to realise there was a switch there. The bathroom switches are located inside the bathroom, BEHIND the door. Regardless I very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Very clean, safe, friendlu stuff and confortable stay you can have. My only oupsy thing is it's a bit expensive since breakfast is'nt included and you have to pay 25$ more to get a descent time to eat with no HALAL options. for me it was not worth it. no plugs beside your bed. I had to plug my phone on the side.
