I loved it! I used the day pass and would definitely go back. The facilities are beautiful, the service is 10/10, the water is nice and warm—a must-see! 💖

The lobby service at this hotel is comparable to that of a three-star property at best. During check-out: 1. The lobby manager, Abigail, initially refused to apply our breakfast credit and attempted to overcharge us. I only discovered this after carefully reviewing each line item on the bill. 2. Despite knowing that our Uber driver was already waiting outside, she asked whether we had consumed anything from the minibar. I clearly said no, yet she insisted on sending housekeeping to physically inspect our room before allowing us to leave. That moment felt deeply disrespectful and based on a complete lack of trust. I remained polite and explained that we were in a hurry, and I even provided my credit card number in case，yet she still refused to proceed without the inspection. 3. During check-in, Abigail effectively obstructed our check-in for nearly an hour. Our physical credit card had been stolen, but the entire stay was already fully prepaid, and we were explicitly told that any incidental charges could be handled via Apple Pay. However, she refused to let us check in unless she could see a physical credit card. Only after we called the credit card company and obtained the card number were we finally allowed to check in. 4. The rooftop restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the restaurant was nearly empty — only my partner and I were dining there. Even so, the server frequently disappeared and was difficult to find, and the kitchen was unreasonably slow. Overall, the service experience was unprofessional, inefficient, and lacking basic respect for guests.

We loved our stay here. It feels like a boutique hotel not a large chain. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They really go above and beyond. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The welcome refreshment drink and macaroons in the room are a nice touch. The pool area is very nice and serene with the pool being a perfect temperature. The workout room, sauna and steam room are complimentary for all guests even without spa services. It was a great way to relax with a massage. The location is quiet but walkable to everything. Right next to a gorgeous park. Both Enrique for breakfast and Noia for dinner were excellent.
