I loved the hotel. I highly recommend it! The restaurant, the pool, and the staff were all excellent. We'll definitely be back when we have the chance!

I'll start with the good. The best thing is the pool—large, heated, and open all day. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. The sauna is small but decent. The massages are very good. The location is so-so; it's in an area where you have everything you need, but there's no money nearby. Now for the bad. The rooms are small and noisy, and even though they have blackout curtains, light still gets in. The bathroom is terrible—small, uncomfortable, with no space for toiletries. There were days when there was no hot water in the shower. Regarding the bathroom specifically, we booked a room with a bathtub and were given one with the worst bathroom in the world (although I understand this might have been a Booking.com error). The breakfast was rather weak; it had the basics, not much variety. All the toasters were faulty, the milk container leaked and made a puddle on the floor, the bread was awful, and there wasn't much variety. Another bad thing about breakfast is that things start running out around 10:00 AM—food, plates, cutlery. Another important thing: don't book the New Year's Eve dinner and lunch. Dinner was a mediocre buffet, and the main course arrived almost at the time of the toast. The result was a huge amount of downtime, followed by a rush to eat the main course and dessert before the toast. The Christmas dessert table consisted of three small plates with a horrendous sweet bread and pudding. Lunch on January 1st was leftovers from the previous day's buffet. The worst thing of all was the staircase leading to the pool—extremely dangerous and with worn-out anti-slip tape. My wife slipped while holding our one-year-old baby. Luckily, the child was unharmed, but she hurt her entire back. We had to go to the emergency room ourselves and pay the expenses (50,000 pesos for the consultation and treatment). No one from the resort offered medical assistance, transportation, or even asked how she was.

For the price, I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms are very small, the breakfast is meager, there's no gym, and the parking lot only has three spaces—basically, it's not very convenient. There are better options.
