Awful experience!!!! I stayed here August 22nd-25th. My last day at the hotel i asked the front desk if I could leave my bags at the front desk until it was time for me to head home. The front desk employee told me that was okay. I asked if i need to fill in any forms. She replied no. I come back a few hours later to pick up the bags. I see a tall black gentleman by the bags. I go to grab my bags and he starts yelling at me. He told me that i was supposed to attach tags with my info to the bags. I was unaware, I don’t travel much. I told him i didn’t know that and that no employee had told me. He was basically yelling over me telling me the same thing. It was my fault, someone could’ve stolen the bags, and so on. I didn’t want to argue but it literally was not my fault. Never staying here again. I’ve stayed several times before and never had this happen. None of the employees even looked at me or said anything. I left that hotel crying my eyes out. Do better. My mother works for this company, this is not how you treat people.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Hotel is convenient for my travel needs. Easy access from Oakland Airport using BART. M Lounge is better than most USA lounges.
