We booked our room through booking.com not realising that we’d booked through a private agency, therefore once we got to resort, we were sent to Kingscliff to check in 🤦🏻‍♀️ (read the fine print) We’d stayed here before, we could use everything but reception… lol - this is not a good option if you run out of something or need assistance with anything. The rooms themselves are beautifully set up & have everything you need for a two night stay - they are self contained - even washing machine / dryer! We had a room on level 3 (private room no. 322) with a pool view which was nice. The bed was sooooo comfy, didn’t use the spa this time, however I did at my last stay & can confirm it was spacious & relaxing. My only negative is the shower / toilet area - stupid set up with all the floor area getting wet when showering. There were also no tissues in the room, only one towel each plus one hand towel & the washing machine leaked after using it. Next time I will make sure we stay in a room owned by the resort. This resort is one of our favs in Australia as it has an awesome pool & an Indonesian vibe. Definitely give this place a go, I highly rate it!
