The room is super musty, the aircon stinks, and the toilet’s shower head doesn’t stop dripping water. Supposed to stay 3 nights, decided to leave after checking in for a night.

Stayed in room 904 for a week. Seen reception 5 times about the broken aircon that had the room sitting at 27c The first 2 days the black hair Asian lady did nothing about it. Went down the 3rd day after a very hot nights sleep and the gentleman at reception was fantastic. Said he would get it looked at. Someone from maintenance came and just turned it off and on again and set the temperature to 12 Nothing worked and it was another very uncomfortable night. Complained again. Was told the same rubbish. That they’ll send someone. Complained a 5th and final time and gave up. You can’t sleep with the window open due to the constant sirens outside. The room is disgustingly old. The windows tinting is bubbling and peeling off the windows. The carpet is lifting and uneven.. The curtains are so old that they’re starting to get wear holes in them Tv cabinet was wonky and sitting on an angle against the wall. In a week stay the room was serviced once and provided only 1 roll of 2ply toilet paper. For 1 Male and 4 females. Would I stay here again? No. The interactions with the Asian reception lady genuinely destroyed my visit. The manager is a great gentleman, who is very professional and very helpful. However, no matter how genuinely nice the manager was it doesn’t make up for a very poorly maintained facility. This building is located in the corner of a very busy intersection where emergency services constantly go past at all times of night with their sirens on. The winds are very thin and despite having them closed the sirens are very loud. I’d like to rate the treadmill upstairs a 10/10. The gym is quaint but usable.
