The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. First, the night-shift manager was constantly looking at his mobile phone. Even when I was standing directly in front of him, he did not notice me. When I called out to him, he appeared startled and then looked at me angrily, which was very uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior. Second, the room cleaning service was very slow. In the morning, I asked the concierge staff to arrange housekeeping, including replacing towels and toilet paper. However, by the afternoon, no one had come to clean the room, and I had to contact them again to urge them to provide the service. Third, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service between the hotel and the BTS station, which according to the timetable runs every 30 minutes until 8:00 p.m. I arrived at the train station at 7:55 p.m. and waited for 20 minutes, but the shuttle bus never arrived, so I had to walk back to the hotel. When I reported this issue to the staff, they told me that I was required to call the hotel to request the shuttle bus, and that if there were no guests going from the hotel to the station, the bus would not come to pick up guests from the station. This completely contradicts the published timetable. When I questioned the purpose of the shuttle bus schedule, the staff blamed me for not calling, saying this was the reason the bus did not arrive. The hotel failed to provide the shuttle service as advertised and then placed the blame on the guest instead. Overall, the management seriously needs to re-educate their staff and improve their service standards and management system.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and neat rooms! However, the ventilation in the rooms definitely needs to be improved because you felt that the atmosphere was not being refreshed, I would also like a little more of a continental breakfast! How many noodles to eat for breakfast 😅
