I don't even know where to begin… A disastrous stay. We requested a 9:00 AM arrival, which was accepted. The result: our room wasn't ready until 11:30 AM, and to top it off, we received a very unpleasant welcome. The room was in a deplorable state: dirty toilet, damaged doors, questionable bedding… frankly, a nightmare. We opted for half-board: a huge mistake. The buffet was almost always empty and offered very little choice (pasta, rice, potatoes…). Is this what you come to Morocco for? Not even a glass of water is included: if you're thirsty, you have to buy a bottle. The hotel is surrounded by construction. At the pool, you mostly just get to enjoy the noise of the building sites. It feels more like a construction site than a holiday hotel. As for the bar, the prices change depending on the time: a beer is €4 in the afternoon, then double after 6:00 PM… for exactly the same thing. And to top it all off: they sometimes try to make you pay twice by claiming you haven't paid. In short, if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, look elsewhere.

I haven't been in this hotel but I stay near the Oasis and I can't even describe how disturbed I feel during the night time ~21:30-00:00 all because of loud tennis balls hitting the ground and people screaming time to time. I can't say anything about the hotel itself but the fact this hotel is ok with their customers playing tennis so late is already not a good sign for me. Already 4 nights I am hearing people playing tennis at night hours. I personally like to play tennis but I would't do it in such late time. I have spoken with my hotel receptionist regarding this case but they said police have been called and they can't do anything. I paid money to have a pleasant stay and have a good rest not for some tennis players would disturb my sleep. But still it is hotel's responsibility to agree with such late playing or not agree. I find it very unrespectful to other customers and people who lives near by. 22:00-00:00 is already a night time and hotel should respect their own and other guests. We have limited time in hotel and I am sure nobody wants their sleep be dependant from other customers from other hotel. I can't go to sleep on my own timing because of the sound of tennis balls beating and yes, you can hear it very well.

The rooms are very clean, but the bathroom fixtures need replacing. Dinner is very late, perhaps due to Ramadan – 8 p.m.! The dining room is very small, and you usually have to wait for dinner to be ready. Dishes disappear quickly, sometimes not delivered on time. The food is tasty and really good for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a nice, well-maintained pool, loungers, a semblance of a gym, and a spa currently under renovation. Inside, there's a restaurant, a souvenir shop, and a currency exchange. The staff is very friendly, except for the occasional shouting from the dining room manager and throwing dishes in the kitchen. A big downside is the distance to the beach. It's about 500 meters, you have to cross a busy street and walk down the hill. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops along the seafront. Overall, the hotel is a very charming place.
