I stayed at this amazing hotel this past weekend. My friend and I went to see a comedy show, and the hotel was perfectly located right next to the convention center. From the moment I called to make the reservation, the receptionist, Eva, was incredibly friendly and helpful in assigning me a room, preferably a double. What a fantastic room! Upon entering, there was a snack of pastries, and the room itself was very luxurious. The 2x2 meter bed was incredibly comfortable—you could have stayed in it 24/7, haha. The hotel facilities were also very elegant, including the cafeteria and restaurant. The other receptionists were also very attentive, helpful, and friendly. We asked for a taxi to go to the city center, and the receptionist arranged it for us. The other receptionist on duty was also super friendly. They were all fantastic, a perfect 11 out of 10. Everything was perfect: the staff, the hotel, and the facilities. When we return to Santiago, that will be the hotel we always visit, and hopefully the same room. Thank you for everything. Even my friend got a piece of glass stuck in her eye, and Eva lent me pins, hydrogen peroxide, Betadine, cotton balls—everything! The service was unbeatable. Thank you and see you soon! 😀 You've won over two Asturian customers! 😉☝🏼☝🏼

I traveled with my futsal team and I have nothing but praise for this hotel. The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the buffet was excellent and plentiful at every meal. The best and most outstanding thing, however, was the service. All the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like family, with so much care. I would love to live here; I felt so welcome, and so did my teammates. Thank you so much for everything, you're all wonderful!
