I give this hotel 2 stars because that’s what it really , there is nothing even close to 4 stars here.. 1 star for the decent mattress and pillows, and 1 star for the uniqueness of having animals on the property (you can save yourself time and money by going to the zoo). Food is decent. Everything else is bad. The service is awful; the staff are half-asleep, terribly useless with anything you ask, completely careless, and unhelpful. The hotel is old and not well maintained— many areas have a sewage smell or look abandoned/need serious cleaning. The majority, if not all, of the rooms are dark and feel damp. It felt like we were in a children’s summer camp or a Havana hotel stuck in the 80s. The most annoying and worst part was the nonexistent water pressure in the shower—you can’t even relax after a long day. The gym is discussing. $100 per night is the maximum I’d ever be willing to spend if I had to stay here again. But even then for no more than 3 nights.

Food is horrible there you're better off elsewhere is you're booking because its all exclusive. Pizza is the worst I had in my life the only good food is seafood tacos . Fajita get ready for dry meat thats been sitting on warmer all day .
