Honestly, this hotel was the worst resort we've ever stayed at. It took 4-5 hours to get our room keys (we arrived on January 31st, so the hotel was at its peak capacity). When we got to the room, we immediately noticed the mold, the sticky and dirty floors, the water leak in the bathroom (there was a lot of water on the counter and floor), the air conditioning and toilet weren't working, and the bed was filthy. We immediately went back to the front desk to change rooms. After an hour, we had a new room. There was still mold and water leaks, but at least the toilet and air conditioning were working. We paid $2350 for 4 nights. There are only 2 pools and 1 buffet for 800 rooms. We've never waited so long for anything (not just 2 minutes, but a good 5-15 minutes) for a drink. For the buffet, you had to arrive 20-30 minutes before opening to get a bite to eat, and you had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get eggs made in the morning. You have to reserve chairs at 7:00 am for the pool and beach, otherwise by 9:00 am there aren't any left. We couldn't go to the à la carte restaurant because it was already full. The food was really not great. We received terrible service. One out of every two staff members didn't speak English. Only Spanish. I do not recommend it.
