Greetings. We traveled at the beginning of January. The weather was quite pleasant, as it was partly cloudy and not too hot, and the water was calm. The hotel has direct access to a very nice beach and includes snorkeling and kayaking activities. The rooms are fine; they don't have great views, but they have everything you need. Just keep in mind that some rooms don't have a mini-fridge, and there's no partition between the shower and toilet, so everything can get wet. If you can request a room change to a better one, that's highly recommended. Regarding the staff, they can be a bit busy and rushed when there are a lot of people, so just be patient and don't hesitate to remind them if they're taking too long, but they never forgot anything. We did have an incident where someone accidentally took a cell phone from our table, and the problem was resolved in less than half an hour. If you can, having your location services turned on and shared helps a lot, as does having an alternative to access Gmail on another phone, since two-step verification often only works with the phone. Otherwise, it meets expectations; the buffet food is pretty much the same every day. One last tip: people reserve the sunbeds very early with towels, so there might not be any available by 10 am, so plan accordingly.
