This hotel was the base for my first solo trip to Morocco. My expectations for Agadir were exceeded in every way. This hotel and the friendly staff definitely played a major role in that. The hotel is close to the ocean, so you can easily spend many hours walking there. You can also walk to good restaurants, and there's plenty to do nearby. During my visit to the Africa Cup of Nations, Youssef, who works at this hotel, accompanied me. He arranged everything for me. Truly fantastic; I've never experienced anything like it before. Thanks again for everything, Youssef! All the best, all the best, Gabon :) Several floors of the hotel still need renovation. I wish them the best of luck! I'll definitely be back to see the final result.

The location is excellent, close to the beach, and ideal for a short stay. Unfortunately, we only spent one night here. The apartments are nice, modern, and of good construction quality – overall, a solid standard. However, the building lacks a certain charm and atmosphere. While there is a gym, it is currently not in operation. The breakfast room is quite small, poorly signposted, and not optimally organized. The service is friendly and attentive, but overall feels rather unprofessional. With clearer procedures, better signage, and a bit more refinement to the overall concept, this hotel has significant potential for improvement. In conclusion: A good foundation, nice apartments, and a great location – with room for improvement in organization and overall experience.

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes, large bathrooms, and a large terrace. The service was excellent, and the receptionists were always helpful. Breakfast was varied, including Moroccan dishes. The air conditioning worked well, and there was heating in the winter. The location was good, a 5-minute walk to the beach. Free parking. On the downside, the hotel needs updating and is surrounded by a number of abandoned hotels under construction, but practically all of Agadir looks like this.
