I stayed at this hotel in December and the experience was good, the bed isn't large and the mattress was a little deformed. Overall comfortable, keeping in mind that they could improve since the price isn't cheap. It has an excellent location, no breakfast (a shame), parking is expensive, but there's a very interesting public option on the street behind it with a more affordable price. The staff was very attentive to us. I would definitely stay at this place again.

DISHONEST BILLING & TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT STAY HERE! I am extremely angry about the lack of timely response and the failure to address serious billing errors. I booked my stay via Booking.com two weeks in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. This payment was confirmed by my credit card company, Booking.com, and the hotel itself. However, the hotel’s handling of my finances has been a nightmare: 1. Unauthorized Charges: On the day of my arrival (Dec 25th), they erroneously charged my card twice for $200 each, plus an unexplained $48.31. 2. Post-Checkout Theft: Even after I checked out, they charged my card again for $248.31 without my consent.（This is the cost of one night's accommodation, which is why they charged me twice.) 3. Unreasonable Demands: They haven't refunded me yet unless I provide my bank details again, which is highly unreasonable given that the mistakes were entirely theirs. 4. Zero Communication: It has been over 24 hours since I contacted them, and I have received no explanation or resolution. The hotel is currently withholding my money under the guise of a "security deposit." This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I am outraged by their incompetence and lack of professional ethics. I demand an immediate refund! Potential guests: BEWARE of your credit card security at this hotel.
