I would have given more stars should the incident have not happened. Last Friday, after leaving the hotel at 2:00p.m., l noticed l left my small bag containing Toblerone chocolates, a water container and some food in the hotel. It was hanging on my carry-on. So l immediately made some calls but just got voice box in which l left the message. The next morning I was finally able to talk to someone who promised to help me. In the late afternoon, l got a negative response. It's indeed regretful that my small bag can be the temptation of the staff. I was also deceived when I thought the porter who brought down the luggages should be able to take good care of the small bag hanging on one of the many luggages. He was responsible for all luggages collected in Room 103, for our group (22 persons in all) residing in 1st floor. Finally I hope the management would follow the matter so no such, or more, serious issue could happen in the future. Thank you.

This is our second stay at Ocean Creeks, and once again, it's an unforgettable holiday. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's really nothing to complain about, and we can't wait to come back next year. We're leaving in two days, and we already miss them.
