Extrememly disappointing. 2 pools not heated, with no notification, leading to overcrowding of only working pool. in room dining was extremely disappointing, poor menu, tiny portions for money and not good quality. on site restaurant meal, staff all looked miserable, and this menu is also very limited. Not a single one was in a good mood despite there only being 6 tables for dinner on a saturday night. "ocean view" turned out to be a view of a bunch of boats with a water treatment plant as a backdrop. check in staff was pleasant (which was lone positive), but one of two keys was not programmed which lead us to thinking we did not go to correct room. Had to call twice for a crib and then got a pack and play with no mattress. Dirty and dated. You can expect your feet to be black. Shower leaked all over the bathroom, including right in front of toilet, so my two year old son fell and hit his head twice. Curtains all broken. Balconys on top of each other with zero privacy, so you dont really want to even use them. Wish I had booked our family trip elsewhere.

I was supposed to receive a refund for one of the nights I stayed there. Never received and got the runaround when I called to ask about it. Since my two night stay became a one night stay, the manager said they could no longer honor my $100.00 Amex credit, fair enough, EXCEPT YOU NEVER REFUNDED ME FOR ONE OF THE NIGHTS AS WE AGREED. Hotel bar and restaurant is insanely overpriced. Wait staff was pleasant. The manager Claudia said there would be a refund issued, and now it’s been well over a month.
