I was staying with a small child. I opened the kettle to use it, but there was water inside. I asked the front desk if they'd forgotten to clean it, and they said it was OK to use it. I was surprised. Is there anyone who could use the water in a kettle that they don't know who filled it with, when, or where? If they can't offer bottled water as a welcome drink, I don't think they should have left water in it. The room's facilities were old, and I was surprised at the switches that didn't connect properly. I think it's fine for a cheap solo stay.

I stayed for three nights for work. As expected of the Okura! The atmosphere is different from the entrance onwards. The rooms are spacious and clean! You have to take the monorail to Chiba Station and Chiba Chuo Station, but parking is free and there are two izakayas nearby. A convenience store is also very close by. As long as you don't go out drinking, there's nothing to complain about. The breakfast curry is also delicious. Personally, I was disappointed that there was no crispy bacon or strong orange juice. The menu is basically the same every day. The large public bath is spacious, with a jacuzzi, jet bath, and sauna, but no cold bath.
