The hospitality at this hotel was comparable to that of Japan. The front desk staff, bellboys, engineers, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and it seemed like they were well-trained. The rooms were clean, and the sunsets from the hotel were amazing. The sauna and jacuzzi weren't too hot, so it was a little disappointing, but it was enough to soothe my tired body after exploring the ruins. The shuttle bus to Petra also runs every two hours from 6am. There is no pickup at the visitor center, so you'll need to catch a taxi when you arrive in Wadi Musa and when returning from the ruins. It cost 5JOR. It's on high ground, so it's best not to walk there while rolling your carry-on bag. When I walked there as part of my stroll, I was harassed by beggars along the way. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
