The hotel is perfect! The room is very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. The breakfast is excellent. There's also a taxi service from the hotel to the airport, which is very convenient. Tahir, Abo Raian, and Ahmad are lovely and very professional, as is the rest of the team. The housekeeping lady is also very kind. For me, it's the best hotel in Amman, Jordan. I highly recommend it.

A very nice hotel with excellent service. A big thank you to the reception team – always friendly and helpful. The security team was also very professional, especially Abu Rayan – very respectful and attentive. I would gladly return!

I stayed here two times during a week. At first look the outside and the reception area looked nice, but it's just bells and whistles. First time we had room in 6th floor. The room was pretty musty and dark. It looked quite old. The bathroom wasn't very clean. At least the beds weren't that bad. Second time we had room at the 10th floor and the difference was day and night. The room was bright and looked cozy. It wasn't perfect, but even the bathroom was better designed. The WiFi was awful. Constant disconnects and terrible speed. The breakfast and dinner left much to be desired. The food was edible, but don't expect any culinary miracle... dry chicken, cold pasta... The large road under the hotel was thankfully not that distracting, but you can still hear a little noise. The staff at least was always friendly and helpful. The location is decent, long walk to major spots or a short uber drive.
