A review from a trip in February 2024. The food was delicious, and the hotel staff were quite friendly, but my fiancé and I felt we were being ignored when we sat in the lobby bar. It was difficult to even get water, we waited a long time for drinks, the staff often chatted among themselves instead of taking orders, and the number of guests wasn't very large at the beginning of February. The other staff were very nice and helpful. However, the lobby bar staff left a bad impression.
