The security guard was rude, I picked up a guest but he scolded me because I wasn't wearing an attribute, because my attribute was in the laundry, and the security guard was rude until the guest was uncomfortable!

CAUTION: Deceptive practices, food safety issues, mouldy rooms Very disappointing stay. Om Ham Ubud markets itself as a wellness resort, but it was the opposite. I’ve been visiting Bali for 8 years, and this is the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Several guests in our group got sick from food. Despite confirming a gluten- and dairy-free diet, I was served gluten and have been unwell for four days and counting. A free massage was offered as compensation, which was inadequate given the seriousness of the issue. When trying to extend my stay, availability disappeared and rates increased immediately—this also happened to other guests. The hotel uses deceptive pricing tactics to raise rates during extension requests. Some ground-floor rooms have a mouldy smell. Overall, staff showed little concern for guest health, except for manager Julita, who took the issues seriously. This does not reflect a wellness resort, and I would not recommend it—especially for those with dietary or health needs.
