The hotel is in a very central location, and I chose it for a short vacation combining it with a weekend. I chose this hotel on recommendation and I was very pleased. The friendly and helpful staff, the fact that it offers comprehensive service despite being a small establishment, and the character, ambiance, and spirit of the place made me leave feeling completely satisfied. I would like to thank all the staff again. If I ever come to Eskişehir again, I have no doubt that I will stay here again. It also provides great convenience in terms of social activities, museums, shopping, and dining. The cleanliness and carefully considered details of the facility truly make you feel special.

Vegan breakfast is truly disappointing.

A 16-room boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and architecturally in harmony with the museum. The hotel itself is nice, but the management is very inexperienced and unprofessional. They have only one room type with two separate double beds. We specifically reserved that room and prepaid, yet when we arrived, they told us they couldn't give it to us. Instead of being honest and saying that the current guest had extended their stay, they put us in a room with two extra beds. What's worse, instead of apologizing, they tried to justify it by saying things like “the square meters are the same” or “these are not ordinary fold-out beds.” They are very much ordinary fold-out beds (see photo). Ironically, I experienced the exact opposite situation recently in the U.S. I wanted to extend my stay, but since the room had already been sold, I was asked to move to another room — which I did without any issue. Here, however, they couldn't even understand why we were unhappy. —- —- —- — A boutique hotel with 16 rooms. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and in architecture that harmonizes with the museum. Even though we specifically reserved this room with two separate beds and paid for it in advance, they couldn't give us the room when we arrived. Instead of saying they had sold the room when a customer inside insisted, they gave us a room with two extra beds. Moreover, instead of apologizing, they made explanations like "it's the same square footage" or "the beds aren't like the standard check beds you know." And they are standard check bed beds - see picture. The same thing happened to me recently in America; this time I wanted to extend my stay in the same room. But because they had sold it, they wouldn't let me stay in the same room, and I moved to another one. Here, however, they couldn't even understand why we were unhappy.
