For this rating and price point, I expected more by way of customer service. Picked this hotel for a more comfortable stay. Nothing is included. They mention the lobby breakfast about 5 times at check in but it’s not included. Tried to pay by card and gave it to the server but was charged to my room anyway. WiFi is only free if you become a member, which is an annoying online process to join and connect. First night it didn’t work at all, second night it finally did but I was charged for it anyway. Checkout had to be done at the desk, delaying our travels so I could get my money back. The rooms are decent, but the bathroom is small and underwhelming. Outlets in the room are non-existent with the exceptions of bedside which makes ironing/steaming and anything else very inconvenient. The lobby and bar are easily the best part. Location also great. Overall not worth $250 a night.
