Great location and such a welcoming atmosphere! The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. There’s a cute bar and restaurant on the property, and the brunch was fantastic! Molly and Sait were professional, polite, and incredibly thoughtful — they really helped make my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be back

My recent stay at Omni La Mansión del Rio did not reflect the 4.4-star rating I was expecting. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready because the hotel had oversold reservations. This was disappointing, especially with a confirmed booking, and it created an unfortunate first impression. Once we were able to access the room, the overall experience remained underwhelming. The mattress was extremely firm — not in a supportive way, but uncomfortably hard — and the pillows lacked the plushness and support one would expect at a property of this caliber. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up feeling sore, as though I hadn’t rested at all. Additionally, the carpet appeared dated and worn, which made the room feel less refreshed and upscale than anticipated. While the location is excellent, the overall comfort and condition of the accommodations did not justify the price point or rating. I had hoped for a more elevated experience, but unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations.
