We always enjoy our stays at the Omni Providence. The staff is super-nice and helpful; the location right off the highway is convenient; and we really enjoy Fleur, the restaurant. We did have a few issues this time: the room safe didn't work (needed batteries; maintenance was prompt and efficient in fixing it); one of the electrical outlets didn't work, so we couldn't use the reading lamp and the USB chargers at the same time; and the refrigerator was on the fritz (which we didn't realize until the next day, by which point our food was warm and needed to be tossed). But other than that — an excellent trip, and we'll be back!

Great spot to spend a night in providence! It is attached to the providence mall. The rooms were spacious & clean. Overall 10/10 stay no complaints! It was around $200 for 1 night with $25 for overnight parking in the parking garage.

Went for CiderConference 2026 and very much enjoyed my stay at Omni. Staff was super helpful in getting my room an extra night. Room was clean, bedding comfortable. Did find an old bottle of shampoo in the shower but eh, we are only human. Would definitely stay again if CiderCon came back.
