Pretty nice hotel overall. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Nice location in Richmond. Beware that it is a very noisy hotel. There is almost no soundproofing between rooms. If you happen to have someone in a room next to you, you will be able to hear entire conversations clearly through the walls. Also, the elevator pulleys make a constant squeaking sound that you can hear in the room. If you come, pack earplugs.
