Nice 2-storey apartment with two bedrooms each with a bathroom and an air-heat pump in the bedrooms and a balcony in the second bedroom. Downstairs there is a toilet, kitchen, dining area and living room with a fireplace. Downstairs I would have liked more paintings etc. on the walls which would have brought warmth to the interior. Own yard with own sun loungers. Swimming pool area next door but was under renovation. Luckily we were able to stay at the other pool in the area.

Our apartment was spacious, designed for four people. There were three of us, with two single beds and two sofa beds. The reception was quite far from the apartment itself. Upon arrival, only two beds were made, and none of the sofa beds were ready, even though they knew there were three of us. There was also no bedding available for us to make them ourselves, nor enough towels, although they did bring them later when we mentioned it. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent; honestly, I've never felt so uncomfortable in any accommodation. The duvets were covered in stains and hair (on the inside, as if they were trying to hide it), and the sofa bed mattress was the same. It was so dirty that we couldn't even use it. We ended up pushing the beds together and sleeping as best we could. In general, everything was incredibly dirty: the sofa upholstery was absolutely disgusting, with visible stains and grime that was plain to see. The bathroom was no better; it looked like no one had cleaned it for months. On our last day, at 9 a.m., the cleaning lady opened the door as she pleased without even knocking, with us inside. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the reception staff. Even so, the experience was very disappointing. We absolutely do not recommend this accommodation, and we were negatively surprised, as we are regular guests of ONA hotels and did not expect anything like this.
