If you're looking for a peaceful oasis and a welcoming, family-run atmosphere in Chiang Mai's Old City, this is the perfect place! We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel and can definitely recommend it! Location: The hotel is located on a quiet side street, yet it's still in the heart of the Old City, and most of the sights are within walking distance. There's a supermarket, laundromat, countless coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and even a lovely park with a great, well-maintained playground. Rooms: Our room was very spacious, traditionally furnished, and clean. It's definitely a place you could plan a longer stay. Service: The team feels like a small family, and the well-being of every guest is their top priority. We have rarely experienced such attentive, warm, family-friendly, and personalized service—truly exceptional! The team was always there to help with any questions we had. At Christmas, all the guests received lovingly wrapped gifts at their door. Children even received all sorts of toys and were allowed to use them throughout their stay. Rooms: The team is incredibly welcoming and family-oriented, and the well-being of every guest is their top priority. We've rarely experienced such attentive, warm, family-oriented, and personalized service—truly unique! The team was always there to help with any questions we had. Breakfast: You can choose from several (very extensive) options. If you have a special request (e.g., exclusively vegetarian dishes), this will be taken into account when planning the menu. All the products were incredibly fresh, and the food was prepared and served with great care—better and more personal than any buffet breakfast in a large hotel. Many thanks to the entire team (Jam, Pinky, Boat, and Poi) for your hard work; you have created a truly special and unique place for your guests!

Best hotel in Chiang Mai, nice building with classic decorations all over the place, the hotel lobby is a best place to shock your first visitor, rooms are nice and clean with old Thai style layouts. Was my 42nd birthday and the hotel has prepared a surprise during breakfast which make my day. Thank you all and we will definitely come back again, highly recommended.
