Hotel overbooked and didn't have a room available. They made me pay for a tuktuk at 2am in the night to another hotel which was way more expensive since it was booked that same night. Don't book a room here if you want to be certain of one, they just give it away. I took the risk after reading the reviews here and experienced it myself as well. Lesson learned.

The hotel is perfectly fine, but the staff is perhaps the worst in the world. Absolutely out of place, over-promising and lots of excuses. If the staff is changed, it could be one of the best accommodations. Unfortunately, such a well-equipped, decent hotel by local standards, loses its meaning.

NEVER EVER BOOK HERE. By terrible service, I MEAN TERRIBLE. We booked through Booking.com, and we received the confirmation for my family's stay already. When my family arrived, they said that we didn't have a booking, even when we provided the proof of confirmation. They said we were not booked with them. Honestly, I am assuming they overbooked but putting the blame on us. Despite the efforts of getting into a room, they referred us to another hotel instead. Because we were taken by a shuttle from the airport to get to the hotel, they ATTEMPTED to CHARGE US for the shuttle even though it was THEIR ISSUE. We already contacted Booking.com who will be refunding us. But needless to say, our other family members were able to get rooms, but their view was either of the public market or a garbage dump, unlike any of the pictures shown on their website.
