I recently stayed at One Pacific Place Serviced Residences, and it was a great experience overall. The hotel room and location suited me perfectly, especially since I was in town to join the Ayala Marathon. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable the bed was—I was able to sleep really well before and after the race. Despite being in a busy area, the noise from outside was hardly even heard inside the room, which made my stay very restful. Another big plus is the location. It’s just a short walk to Ayala Triangle, which made everything very convenient and stress-free during the event. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for those joining events around the area. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit!

Like most reviews here, I felt utterly deceived upon arrival. First the good, the service staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent enough to fill your stomach, but nothing to get super excited about. The location is in the business district, so a few things are in walking distance; but felt cold and rigid when I went out walking. But it is a fairly secure area with security EVERYWHERE. The bad, the rooms and hallways feel old. The carpet was severely worn and it had an old musty smell to the hallways. The room was decent enough in size, but the furniture is just old and plain. The bed is rock hard, and the windows were filthy and covered with tape like someone had hung posters. The shower had no hot water, luke warm at best of times, maybe because I was on the 36th floor?? The TVs were tiny, and overall everything felt like a cheap Motel 6. Overall I would not stay here again. Not far is The Coro Hotel which seemed to be a lot nicer with roughly the same price point. But I just stayed where I was because my room was nonrefundable by the time I arrived for the 3 night stay. If you need no frills, just a bed and some food in the morning, you can make do here, but don’t expect luxury of any kind.
