Poor service from the reception onwards. My husband called and made a reservation, but when we arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation. I waited a long time to be able to check in. The attendant was in training and in a bad mood, with a grumpy face. We managed to check in at 6:00 PM, and the woman explained/informed us that we would have to leave the hotel the next day by 6:00 PM. However, when the next day arrived, the receptionist called me on the intercom saying that I would have to leave the hotel at 12:00 PM or else I would have to pay for another day. She was harsh and abrupt with me. The room is okay, but there is a lot of noise from the hospitals, and there is also a bad smell in the hallway, which I believe is sewage from the nearby area. I also called the intercom and ordered a pizza. The girl asked me to wait while she checked the available flavors. She took a long time to call back, so I called again and only got through on the fifth try. I ordered the pizza and regretted it. If I had known it would be so bad, I wouldn't have insisted. Imagine a bad pizza! My God, it seemed like old pizza, it only had oregano, it seemed like the cheese had been mashed until it disappeared, bad, really bad. The worst pizza I've ever eaten. (NOTE) 50 REAIS FOR A HORRIBLE PIZZA! There were two of us and they only brought us a plate and a fork. I'm not exaggerating, I'm just telling you what really happened. Also, we could only use the pool on Sundays, but nobody informed us of this beforehand; by the way, it was closed and very dirty. A terrible experience. I was practically kicked out of the hotel. While I was in the reception area waiting for the driver, three employees were badmouthing the hospitals in front of me as if I wasn't there, very rude and unethical.

Clean and comfortable bed, air conditioning okay, but mold and mildew even on the ceiling, dampness on the walls, broken shower. I didn't try the breakfast. It needs renovations to fix structural problems in the masonry and better ventilation and thorough cleaning, including tiles, shower glass and windows.
