We were in Onkel during the last week of September and early October. We were given a room by 2:00 PM, and the reception staff was friendly. For an extra fee, we were upgraded to a nice room with a sea view. Cleaning was done every other day, and towels were changed daily. The grounds are beautiful, green, and well-maintained, making it pleasant to stroll in the evening. The woman who hands out towels really pushes spa treatments and massages. Sometimes I didn't even want to go get them. If you refuse kindly, she starts making a big deal out of you. She's very unpleasant. (( The bartenders at the lobby bar are very nice, always smiling and welcoming! There was a problem with sun loungers. We had to get up to reserve them before the beach opened at 6 o'clock. It was hard to find them later. They were all occupied, even though it's possible no one would show up or lay down all day, and the staff doesn't care! The food is geared toward locals, with lots of local spices. It's spicy, not very tasty, but you won't go hungry, you'll fill your stomach. The soups are absolutely terrible. The baked goods are delicious and always fresh, but the desserts are all the same. Not very tasty. The sea is beautiful, the beach has rocks at the exit. The mountain views are stunning. The animation is one-of-a-kind. and also at 10:00 morning exercises, during the day for a couple of days there was a foam show by the pool, in the evening something primitive

I'm thinking of coming again next year. The food was very good, I just didn't like the fish, my friend didn't like it either. There was a lot of variety at breakfast. Mr. Mustafa at the bar was friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. I hope you'll be there next year too. The rooms were clean, we didn't encounter any problems.

A good hotel that meets expectations. Friendly staff, all Russian-speaking receptionists are polite and always ready to solve problems. Excellent entertainment, especially Ozi, the main entertainer and simply a master of his craft. A beautiful green area that is endlessly beautiful thanks to the owner's own hands. The cuisine isn't very varied, but you won't go hungry. We've been to the hotel four times already and are drawn to it again.
