This business hotel has a Japanese atmosphere. We stayed here with our family of four over the New Year's holiday season. We were more than satisfied with the accommodation, and the staff were courteous and comfortable. Entrance The hotel features tatami flooring and a distinctive ryokan-style design, where you enter the hotel shoes-free. You enter in your socks. You can even bring your suitcase, so slippers are provided for those concerned. Check-in We checked in after 3:00 PM, and there were other guests, but the check-in went smoothly. They recommended restaurants for dinner, and they asked about our preferences and recommended three or four options. Since it was the end of the year, the recommended restaurant was fully booked, but they apparently introduced us to some highly rated restaurants. Room keys are card-operated, and the elevator requires you to tap your card key before pressing the floor number. Bath The large public bath has both an indoor and an open-air bath. While it's not large, both the dressing room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The bath floor offers free ice cream in the evening and lactic acid drinks in the morning, which are very popular with children. Other - There's a manga corner (I didn't use it so I don't know the details). - There's a parking lot, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby and the rates are slightly cheaper at nearby parking lots.

Best hotel we stayed at during trip to Japan. Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. If you have tattoos, ask for tattoo covers from the front desk. The whole hotel was sparkling clean. The cleanest onsens, sauna, and bathing areas. We were blown away by all of the complimentary treats. we loved the free drink station. The matcha lattes and calpis soda foundation was incredible. The evening post bath ice pops and morning post bath yogurt drinks were such a nice touch. The free late night soba noodles were delicious. The service was fantastic. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed the complimentary peach desserts. My partner loved their pajamas so much he bought a pair from the front desk to take home. My only regret was not buying a pair and not staying a second night here.
