Not again, unless you enjoy high-pitched whistling and pressure in your ears: What I liked: I booked one night because I wanted something special. The concept was interesting. Getting there by car is difficult due to the rutted dirt road. The facility appears well-maintained at first glance. The staff is helpful and friendly. What I didn't like: The bubbles are pressurized. This leads to a slight pressure in the ears and also to a small hole or something similar causing a constant, very high-pitched whistling sound. Like tinnitus. I was told this was normal. Other guests had the same issue. We visited another bubble, which was only slightly quieter. I wasn't allowed to switch. After some tinkering, I was able to stop it by leaving the outside door slightly ajar. I'm surprised no one else has noticed this before. Regarding the Bubbles, it should also be noted that the image claiming you can observe the stars there is completely false. The lights in the facility are on all night, and there's dense forest above the Bubbles. The only thing I saw was a monkey. The telescope shown in the picture was also missing. All in all, the experience was completely ruined by the whistling noise. Perhaps the target audience of people over 70 can't hear the frequency, but for me it was unbearable.

Excellent, peaceful, a little out of the way, but it's worth it 😍

Rooms: 4 | Service: 5 | Location: 5 Good: staff incredible (only caught the names of Benji & Mena - sorry if I’ve spelt them wrong), hot water in shower, extras like breakfast, soap, bottled water, attentive throughout, food was delicious and plenty of drinks options, felt amazing to have a pool/Cenote all to yourself Bad: door to bubble was broken/open, fence where mini pool was was missing so could see the path to another bubble (not private), bugs can’t be helped but we expected a jungle atmosphere so in case others were wondering yes there’s bugs about but nothing off putting - just bring bug spray.
