Me and my partner booked the hotel for 4 nights in February and I must say that the hotel is well equipped, staffs are lovely and helpful, The breakfast was honestly better than what I expected, it has a lot of variety from fruits to pastries, not much hot food, the mint tea is a must and the omelettes and the fresh made msammen is amazing, it has the basic and essentials to start your day. The room (502 if I remember correctly) we stayed in had a beautiful view to the Opera from our balcony, however, it can be quite loud especially with all the traffic and ambulances going past but not so much during the night. The housekeeping service was essential to keep our room clean which added up when coming back from a day out. The toilet was okay, with a small mysterious leaking coming from the shower area but it would come and go during our stay (didn’t bother us so much since we used the mat towels provided), the bathroom and the shower area could be more clean in my opinion. The location was perfect for us, McDonald’s, ATM, authentic local restaurants near by and getting to tourist areas was easy on taxi, which the staffs helped us a lot with. Overall, great stay, no major problems or complaints to be made and in my opinion it has a lot of potential to become a 5 star hotel ! :)

What a disappointment this hotel was!! The person who opened the door, a tall, thin man, was very unpleasant—no, smiling!! I didn't like the rooms; they were very noisy and overlooked the street opposite the train station. Hello, traffic!!
