Pros It's close to the sea. There's a swimming pool. There's a food truck serving halal Muslim food. There are two 7-Eleven branches on the same street. There are also two Arabic restaurants, Maroush and Mega Karam, with sea views, near the hotel. Cons Noise and smell of hashish next to the room. The room isn't cleaned daily during your stay; it's only cleaned once. So, if you're staying for a week, the room is only cleaned once. There's no kettle. They don't provide towels or tissues. They only give you bottled water once during your stay. I told them I'm only allowed two bottles for the entire stay. There's no elevator. The mattress is very dirty and itchy. There's a dog on the premises opposite the pool. The furniture is very old. On my first day, the water was cut off three times, but thankfully it was fixed. I stayed on the fourth floor. It was exhausting because there's no elevator, and going up and down was very tiring. The TV is in the wrong location. I checked in on January 9th. From 17 Jan 2026 to 2026

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are tired. The breakfasts are good, but repetitive. The room cleaning is terrible; it feels like they don't clean the rooms at all. The beach towel service is inconveniently set up. I really wish it was on the beachfront, but we haven't encountered any hotels like that in Karon. Pegasus guides are a different story. I really didn't like one of the guides, I don't remember her name. After meeting her on the first day, she stopped me and practically scolded me for not buying an excursion.

I would give this 0 stars if I could We had a booking for 3 rooms which we could see on their system we made the booking about 7 months ago on booking.com. When we arrived only 1 of the rooms was available which was on the top floor with no lift or aircon! as they had given our other 2 rooms away! We had already paid for all 3 rooms and we were stranded in the lobby for 4 hours and had to end up getting ready in the reception area and leave our luggage as we had an event to go to. We then collected our luggage afterwards and stayed elsewhere I’m still waiting to hear back from booking.com for a refund. Staff were ridiculously helpful and inconsiderate, avoid like the plague!
